# Policies

## Returns, exchanges & refunds

Changed your mind? That's completely fine. If the packaging is unopened and intact, we'll gladly take the tea back within 7 days of delivery and refund you in full. Just message us - we'll arrange everything.

Would you rather have a different tea than your money back? We'll swap it - same 7 days, same condition of the packaging. If the new tea costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we return it.

Bring the tea to the tea house or send it by post - either way the return shipping is on us. Refunds go back the same way you paid - card, PromptPay or bank transfer - within 5–10 banking days.

## Delivery & pickup

We deliver across Phuket and throughout Thailand. Delivery costs ฿150 for orders under ฿2,000, and is free for orders of ฿2,000 and above. On Phuket we bring your order the same day if you place it before 18:00; later orders arrive the next morning. Elsewhere in Thailand we ship by courier - the time depends on the province, and we tell you when we confirm the order. Prices on the site are final and include VAT.

Once your payment is in, we contact you to confirm delivery or pickup details.

## Privacy

We only collect what we need to fulfil your order or booking: your name, the contact details you give us at checkout or booking, and the order contents. We use this to prepare and deliver your order and to reach you about it.

Online payments are processed by Stripe: pay by card or PromptPay QR right at checkout, with card details entered in Stripe's secure form - they never reach our site. Prefer not to pay online? Choose the contact option at checkout and we'll send payment details when we confirm the order. Card payments at the tea house go through a bank terminal.

We keep this information only for as long as we need it to fulfil your order and meet accounting requirements. We don't sell or share it with anyone beyond our payment provider and delivery partner.
