How to Order
The simplest way: pick your teas in the catalog, add them to the cart and send the order - we will get back to you shortly to confirm the details. Prefer talking to a person from the start? Message us on WhatsApp or LINE, send the order form, or simply walk into the tea house - the kettle is rarely cold.
Not sure what to choose? Describe what you like and we will suggest something. For unhurried browsing there is the tea knowledge base with the story behind every leaf.
What happens next
The moment you send the order you get an order number, and a copy lands in your email. Then a person takes over: we confirm availability and the total, and agree delivery or pickup and payment with you.
Visiting in person
You are always welcome at 101 Cherng Talay Road, Choeng Thale, Thalang, Phuket. We are open daily from 10:00 to 18:30.
Questions & answers
How much is delivery?
We deliver across Phuket and all of Thailand: ฿150 for orders under ฿2,000, free from ฿2,000. On Phuket we bring your order the same day if you place it before 18:00; later orders arrive the next morning. Elsewhere in Thailand we ship by courier - the time depends on the province, and we tell you when we confirm the order. Pickup at the tea house is always free. Details - in our policies.
Can I return a tea?
Yes - if the packaging is unopened and intact, we will take it back within 7 days of delivery and refund you in full. See our policies.
Can I order from outside Phuket or Thailand?
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).

I am new to Chinese tea - how do I choose?
